The Respironics Millennium M10 is a very durable and reliable 10LPM Oxygen Concentrator. Weighing in at only 53 pounds, it is a tall, slender unit that fits into most any space. It has a built in rugged handle on the top of the machine, and features four large caster wheels which allows for ease of movement and mobility.
Operating at 10LPM and 7psi, M10 is compatible with all of your existing oxygen tubing, and humidifier bottles. M10 is designed to live up to all of your Oxygen demands.
This Oxygen Concentrator has an adjustable flow meter which ranges from .5 LPM to 10 LPM that is adjustable in ½ LPM increments which can accommodate the various needs of most oxygen end users. The adjustable flow meter is also recessed into the body of the concentrator so as to minimize the potential for damage to the flow meter.

The maintenance for the Respironics Millennium M10 Oxygen Concentrator is exceptionally minimal and designed to be easy to maintain. Once a week you will remove and rinse the foam filter located at the rear of the machine. Let it air dry before reinstalling it. Replace as needed. Annually, you will remove the rear filter door and replace the HEPA filter, as well as the 9 volt battery. Every two years you will need to replace the internal Bacteria filter.
The filter replacement can be done very easily. Unplug the machine. Now you must remove the case of the Concentrator. Two screws in the handle, two screws in the top corners of the front of the concentrator, and two hidden down low. One is under the side cabinet filter. The last screw is in the same spot on the opposite side. Slide the rear cover off and set aside. Slide the front cover off gently. Locate the bacteria filter that is positioned behind the Oxygen Outlet. Remove the filter from the tubing and dispose of it. Install the new filter, reinstall the cabinet pieces, and you are done! The total time for this should take no more than ten minutes. A 2 foot long #2 Phillips screw driver is required to unscrew the case.
The Respironics Millennium M10 is available with a humidifier bottle option, that is used with distilled water only. This humidification moistens the high purity oxygenated air so that it minimizes the discomfort to the patients nose and throat from the air being to dry. The humidifier bottle sits in a recessed area, to minimize the possibility of breakage.
This oxygen concentrator is designed for home settings or at any location where a long life stationary unit can be used which operates on 120 VAC and 60 HZ.

If equipped, the foam Cabinet Filter on your Oxygen Concentrator should be rinsed in your sink every week. Let it air dry before placing back in the Oxygen Concentrator. The bubble humidifier should be washed daily using a mild detergent and hot water. Tubing, Cannulas, etc are not to be cleaned. Simply dispose of and replace as needed.

What is Turn Down technology?
This Oxygen Concentrator incorporates Turn Down technology. The internal Circuit Board constantly monitors the flow rate and will slow down the compressor at lower Flow Rates. As a result the unit runs cooler and less power is consumed. In turn, you will have a lower power bill, and the Oxygen Concentrator should run longer.
How can I tell if the oxygen purity is good?
If equipped with a Low Purity Sensor, as long as the Green LED light is illuminated, you know that the Oxygen Concentrator is making at least 85% purity Oxygen. If for any reason the Purity falls below therapeutic levels, the Yellow LED light will illuminate. Contact your provider if you notice this.
